Use of Nagllo's services implies full acceptance of these general conditions.

2. Definitions

  • Client : any natural or legal person using Nagllo’s services.

  • Recipient : person or entity designated to receive a package or merchandise.

  • Package : any object, envelope, merchandise or package entrusted to Nagllo for transport or delivery.

3. Scope of application

These conditions apply to all services provided by Nagllo throughout the territory served, mainly in Conakry and in certain areas in the interior of the country.

4. Nagllo's Commitments

Nagllo commits to:

  • Collect packages within the agreed timeframe;

  • Ensure secure transport and delivery of packages;

  • Communicate transparently with customers (by phone, SMS or email);

  • Provide tracking and after-delivery service in case of dispute.

5. Customer Commitments

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the contents of the package, the recipient's contact details, and the desired delivery time;

  • Pack packages properly to avoid any damage during transport;

  • Pay the cost of the service according to the current rates.

6. Pricing and payment terms

Prices are established based on:

  • From the delivery area;

  • The weight and volume of the package;

  • Whether the order is urgent or not.

Payment can be made in cash, by mobile money, or by bank transfer. Payment is due upon ordering unless otherwise agreed.

7. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimated based on distance and operational conditions. Nagllo strives to meet the announced deadlines, but cannot be held responsible in the event of:

  • Force majeure (bad weather, social unrest, accidents, etc.);

  • Incorrect or incomplete address;

  • Absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

8. Limitations of liability

Nagllo is not liable for indirect or immaterial damages resulting from late delivery, loss or deterioration, except in the event of proven fault on the part of its personnel.

In the event of loss or damage, compensation may not exceed the declared value of the package or a reasonable ceiling, determined according to the insurance conditions.

Valuables (cash, jewelry, sensitive documents) are only transported under special conditions and with prior declaration.

9. Refusal of packages

Nagllo reserves the right to refuse any package:

  • Poorly packaged;

  • Whose content is dangerous, illegal or prohibited (weapons, narcotics, explosive objects, etc.);

  • Exceeding authorized weight or dimension limits.

10. Complaints

Any complaint regarding a delivery must be made within a maximum of 48 hours following delivery, by email to contact@nagllo.com or by telephone on +224 613 73 49 77 .

11. Data confidentiality

Nagllo is committed to protecting the confidentiality of customer personal data. No data will be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where legally required.

12. Modification of the conditions

Nagllo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of a modification, the new conditions will automatically apply to all orders placed after their publication on the official website.

13. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to Guinean law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be brought before the competent courts of Conakry, unless otherwise agreed by mutual agreement between the parties.
