Use of Nagllo's services implies full acceptance of these general conditions.
Client : any natural or legal person using Nagllo’s services.
Recipient : person or entity designated to receive a package or merchandise.
Package : any object, envelope, merchandise or package entrusted to Nagllo for transport or delivery.
These conditions apply to all services provided by Nagllo throughout the territory served, mainly in Conakry and in certain areas in the interior of the country.
Nagllo commits to:
Collect packages within the agreed timeframe;
Ensure secure transport and delivery of packages;
Communicate transparently with customers (by phone, SMS or email);
Provide tracking and after-delivery service in case of dispute.
The customer agrees to:
Provide accurate information regarding the contents of the package, the recipient's contact details, and the desired delivery time;
Pack packages properly to avoid any damage during transport;
Pay the cost of the service according to the current rates.
Prices are established based on:
From the delivery area;
The weight and volume of the package;
Whether the order is urgent or not.
Payment can be made in cash, by mobile money, or by bank transfer. Payment is due upon ordering unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery times are estimated based on distance and operational conditions. Nagllo strives to meet the announced deadlines, but cannot be held responsible in the event of:
Force majeure (bad weather, social unrest, accidents, etc.);
Incorrect or incomplete address;
Absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.
Nagllo is not liable for indirect or immaterial damages resulting from late delivery, loss or deterioration, except in the event of proven fault on the part of its personnel.
In the event of loss or damage, compensation may not exceed the declared value of the package or a reasonable ceiling, determined according to the insurance conditions.
Valuables (cash, jewelry, sensitive documents) are only transported under special conditions and with prior declaration.
Nagllo reserves the right to refuse any package:
Poorly packaged;
Whose content is dangerous, illegal or prohibited (weapons, narcotics, explosive objects, etc.);
Exceeding authorized weight or dimension limits.
For legal, security and compliance reasons, the following packages are strictly prohibited from transport via our platform:
Explosive, flammable, radioactive or corrosive materials.
Compressed gases, fuels, flammable liquids, aerosols.
Unauthorized toxic chemicals or pesticides.
Defective or non-compliant lithium batteries.
Firearms, ammunition, explosives.
Bladed weapons, tasers, tear gas.
Replicas or parts of weapons intended for dangerous use.
Medicines and pharmaceutical products without official authorization.
Medical samples, blood, organs, regulated medical devices.
Prohibited or dangerous health products (unapproved supplements, regulated infant milk, etc.).
Drugs and narcotics (cannabis, cocaine, etc.), even in small quantities.
Chemicals used in the manufacture of drugs.
Counterfeit or pirated products that violate intellectual property rights.
Cash, coins, checks, bearer securities, prepaid cards.
Precious stones, precious metals (gold, silver, platinum).
Works of art, antiques or very valuable objects not insured.
Fresh, unpackaged or perishable food.
Products requiring a cold chain that is not guaranteed.
Food products prohibited from import/export by law.
Animals alive or dead.
Prohibited derivative products: ivory, horns, skins, hunting trophies.
Human remains or ashes.
Pornographic, obscene or discriminatory material.
Objects or documents of a political, sensitive or prohibited nature.
Certain items may only be transported with the required legal licenses or authorizations :
Regulated chemicals.
High concentration cosmetics (hydroquinone, mercury, corticosteroids).
Military uniforms, security equipment.
Electronic devices containing special batteries.
Important : Any package that does not comply with these rules may be refused, blocked or returned without refund, and the sender will be held responsible for its contents.
Any complaint regarding a delivery must be made within a maximum of 48 hours following delivery, by email to contact@nagllo.com or by telephone on +224 613 73 49 77 .
Nagllo is committed to protecting the confidentiality of customer personal data. No data will be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where legally required.
Nagllo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of a modification, the new conditions will automatically apply to all orders placed after their publication on the official website.
These terms and conditions are subject to Guinean law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be brought before the competent courts of Conakry, unless otherwise agreed by mutual agreement between the parties.
